Starbucks’ Bean Stock

Starbucks provides eligible partners (aka employees) “Bean Stock” Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), which turn into shares of Starbucks stock over a two-year period. Employees must stay employed by Starbucks for at least one year from the grant date with no breaks in service in order to receive the first half of your “Bean Stock.” To receive the second half, you must remain employed two years from the grant date. Once an employee owns the shares, he or she can hold or sell them.
