Is comprised of what employees encounter, observe, or feel over the course of their tenure with an organization. There are a couple of models for thinking about employee experience. One method, mentioned in the Employee Experience Advantage, highlights the three separate moments that matter including specific (first day on the job), ongoing (interactions between employee and manager), and created (like an annual office party). Additionally, the I4CP blog mentions another model of three: obvious, opaque, and invisible. An invisible moment was described as “walking across the parking lot on a rainy day, an employee sees an executive pull into a reserved, covered spot.”
