One of Workday’s most successful employee programs involves offering Rosetta Stone.
Launched in 2014, they partnered with Workday customer Rosetta Stone to encourage workmates to learn a new language. Workmates that complete three levels in the interactive software and 90 hours of training in a language they don’t already know by were entered for a chance to win a trip for two to a country where that language is spoken.
While using Rosetta Stone is not required if you want to encourage your team members to learn a new language or skill. Other options include Duolingo, Mindsnacks, and Memrise.
