Stryker wanted to ensure that its employees have every opportunity to utilize their key talents and skills. When an employee begins their time at the company, they take the StrengthsFinder survey to determine where their strengths lie and how they can use them to contribute to their role and the company. Once the survey is taken, Stryker uses the Gallop Q12, a series of questions, to track employee progress. With the help of HR and/or learning and development team members, companies can implement and monitor StrengthsFinder with success.
